Testimonials

At Kindness & Manners, we believe that mastering the art of etiquette isn't just about knowing the rules—it’s about cultivating confidence, poise, and respect in every interaction. Whether you're refining your social presence, enhancing your business communication, or preparing for an important event, our etiquette coaching empowers you to navigate all situations with grace.

But don’t just take our word for it—hear from our clients! Below are some of their stories and experiences, sharing how our etiquette coaching transformed their lives, careers, and social engagements. We’re honored to be a part of their journey and invite you to explore how we can help you, too.

Recently, Sylvia came and spoke to our local Girl Scout troop, and what an incredible experience it was! She took the time to truly connect with the girls—learning about them, encouraging them, and guiding them through a wonderful course on manners and etiquette. From confident handshakes and proper posture to engaging conversations and representing themselves proudly at cookie booths, she covered it all. The girls had so much fun bantering about etiquette while learning valuable life skills. Sylvia even demonstrated the differences between American and European dining styles, which was both educational and interactive. We are so grateful for the time, energy, and care she poured into our troop. The girls walked away feeling empowered, polished, and inspired!  -- Thank- You

I reached out to Sylvia because I knew the young men here at the residential [center] could truly benefit from an etiquette class. She arrived with great energy and connected so easily with the youth. Sylvia is very patient and understanding, which is awesome! Especially with teaching troubled youth. Her class was very detailed, including PowerPoints, as well as print outs. She brings all the necessary items for her class, which is great, especially if you don't have the items needed. The class was very well structured, it's easy to be inspired and implement what is being taught. Looking forward to the next class with Sylvia!

I booked Sylvia Jones of Kindness and Manners for the Grace Heals and Etiquette one-on-one class and she was absolutely amazing. Sylvia taught all the girls how to properly get in and out of the car, down to understanding and finding their identity in Christ. She even taught them proper dining etiquette. The girls loved her, they were so excited about the class, they were looking forward to the next one. Sylvia truly caught their attention, engaged and captivated those young women and their lives will forever be changed. I highly recommend Sylvia Jones of Kindness and Manners. Make sure you book her today!

The Youth Ambassadors had an incredible experience participating in the etiquette course. The session provided our young people with valuable skills that will help them both personally and professionally. They learned the importance of respectful communication, proper introductions, table etiquette, and how to present themselves with confidence in different settings. What made the course especially impactful was how engaging and relatable it was for our youth. The instructor(Mrs. Jones)  created a welcoming environment where participants felt comfortable asking questions and practicing new skills. Our Youth Ambassadors walked away not only with practical knowledge but also with a stronger sense of confidence and professionalism. Programs like this are incredibly important because they prepare young people for real-world opportunities such as job interviews, networking events, and community leadership. We are grateful for the time, guidance, and dedication that went into providing this meaningful experience for our youth.

It was a pleasure to have Sylvia conduct an etiquette class for our Foster Care Adolescent Program. Although we had a small group, she captivated our teens and kept them engage throughout the session; even one of our most challenging youths enjoyed participating.

Sylvia provided our teens with valuable information on how to read the room, greet others appropriately, and practice proper dining etiquette. The interactive format allowed the youth to practice in a supportive environment without judgement, making it a new and enriching experience for everyone involved.

I highly recommend this workshop to anyone looking to enhance their skills in various areas. We can't wait to bring Sylvia back for our next group of adolescents.

Sylvia, my heart is overflowing with gratitude for the time you spent with my girls! Those 2 hours were truly precious, and I'mto so touched by the effort you put into teaching them about etiquette. Seeing how much they enjoyed and learned from the session is a testament to your kindness and dedication. As a parent, it means the world to me to see my children thrive under your guidance.

I work with young adults at a treatment facility, and I invited Sylvia from Kindness and Manners to speak with our Phase 2 boys. They’re getting ready to reintegrate into the community, applying for jobs, and learning how to communicate well as they get older. Sylvia taught them about table etiquette, interview prep, social skills, and respectful communication. The boys really benefited from it, and I’m very grateful to Sylvia for taking the time to support them and share her knowledge.
